ReplyDeletei using this amla lemon paste on my scalp for 1 hours daily. after washing my hair i apply patanjali amla hair oil but it is a mixer of some other oils too. and before going to bed also i apply the same oil.drinking amla juice on every morning with empty stomach and night before going to sleep. and eating one amla after breakfast lunch and dinner.

ReplyDeleteHello sir this is Vaibhav, in method to prepare remedy you have written "Mix well & make a paste; then leave it thoroughly up to an hour" and then in how to use you have written "after apply on scalp leave it for 20-25 min". This is confusing me, means after mixing all ingredients I can't apply it soon i.e., first I have to wait for an hour and then apply it?
