      THANK YOU SIR I WILLL START DRINKING AMLA JUICE DAILY MORNING WITH EMPTY STOMACH .... CAN I MIX IN AMLA JICE SOMTHING LIKE WATER N SUGAR ........ OR I DRNK PURE AMLA JUICE ... sir is it once white come then it will not covert in black

    sir could you please reply urgently to this. i am right now taking the cure for eyesight and want to start the height cure along with it. i will be taking these two each night with milk so my question is if i should take 250 ml milk for both altogether or take 500 ml since i am taking two medicines?

      Never.. You can't take these remedies together. There is nothing to lose but it is unusual combination, So You can use one from your choice.

    Hello sir am 29 years old and atleast half of my hairs are white and i want to know -should i apply this paste when my hair is oily or should i wash my hair with herbal shampoo before applying this paste ?please reply me soon since i want to do this treatment as soon as possible thankyou.

      You should wash your hair before applying this paste, do not apply when hair is oily.

    I appreciate your service.congrats.
    I have been following your blog since many days.I saw your blog abt increasing height with ashwagandha, and I also followed the comments of that post.I have one question remaining sir.u said we can grow at 20 by using the remedy but how is it possible at 20 when our bones are fused? And also am 20 im not grwing since 17 how can I grow now at 20.pls answer me sir.explain me.

      If your bones plates are fused then you should go for a specialist doctor to consult about that or you can join best yoga therapy to treat it.

      Sir can u tell me the best yoga therepies to treat fused bones to increase height as u said for my previous comment.I dont know that such therapies exists.pls tell me.I also dont know whether my bones are fused or not.I am at 20 not growing since 17½.thanks in regards sir.

    My son 6 yrs old we found 1 or 2 gray hairs. Will it spread or can it be controlled by any medicine to prevent. Pls suggest and advice.

      You can use amla juice for him or also use amla jam in winter. Amla prevents the graying of hair.
